• Late payments may incur interest and/or suspension of services.

• All amounts are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the project. Confidential information does not include public information or data lawfully obtained from a third party.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• Our AI Services may generate content, predictions, or recommendations.

• While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs may not be error-free and should not be considered as absolute facts or legal/financial advice.

• You are responsible for verifying AI-generated content before relying on it for business decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Quantum Agency will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in dispute.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or failures of such third parties.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Services if:

• You breach these Terms.

• You fail to pay fees due.

• We reasonably believe your use harms our operations or reputation.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately.
